A three vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 63 and State Highway 30 north of Stewartville (Olmsted County) was responsible for non-life threatening injuries to three people. The automated weather observing equipment at the Rochester airport reported a visibility of a quarter of a mile or less in the fog from 7 p.m. on the 16th until 1 p.m. in the 17th.
