| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | A large upper ridge built inland into California during the morning of February 26. With clear skies, light winds and inversion conditions present during the morning hours, an area of dense fog developed in the central portion of the San Joaquin Valley which impacted travel along the SR 198 corridor and along portions of SR 99 in Tulare County during the morning commute. There were also patches of short lived dense fog elsewhere in the San Joaquin Valley. The fog lifted into a low cloud deck not long after sunrise and completely dissipated by late morning. |
