| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | Skies cleared out across the area behind a trough which moved through central California on October 12 and brought a cooler airmass to the area. The airmass also had higher humidity in the lower levels which had pushed into the area behind the trough. As skies cleared out during the morning of October 13, an area of dense fog formed toward sunrise along the SR 99 corridor between Selma and Tulare with webcams showing the lowest visibility in east Visalia. The fog lifted into stratus deck within two hours and completely dissipated by late morning. |
