| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | High pressure centered over the Desert Southwest provided for a warm and dry airmass over the area. With plenty of residual low level moisture, light wind and clearing skies, an area of dense fog formed during the morning of February 24 along the SR 99 corridor between Kingsburg and Tulare. The fog impacted travel along SR 99 as well as along SR 198 through Visalia where webcams indicated visibility was below 1000 feet. The fog mixed out by 830 am. |
