Skies cleared out behind this system as it moved east of the area, and with abundant low level moisture, clearing skies and light winds, areas of dense fog formed in the south end of the San Joaquin Valley near daybreak and resulted in travel impacts along interstate 5 as well as along portions of SR 99 and SR 58 in the Bakersfield area. The fog completely dissipated by late morning.
