With clear skies and winds prevailing across the San Joaquin Valley, fog formed along the central portion of the valley with visibility being reduced to below a quarter mile along the SR 43 corridor between Selma and Corcoran with travel being impacted along SR 43 as well as along a portion of SR 198 from Hanford eastward to the Kings-Tulare County border. The fog completely dissipated by late morning.
