| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | Skies cleared out across the San Joaquin Valley during the early morning of January 6 behind the strong winter storm which brought moderate to heavy rainfall to much of the area on January 4 and 5. In addition, diminishing winds made conditions favorable for areas of dense fog to form. The fog was most noticeable around Hanford where visibility was reduced to below 1000 feet and webcams in he area showed reduced visibility for much of the night through late morning when the fog dissipated. |
| Event narrativeevent_narrative | Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Hanford. Several webcams along SR 198 indicated visibility below 1000 feet. |
