Additional storms initiated just behind the line and continued to produce heavy rainfall in the vicinity of Little Traverse Bay, leading to significant erosion of the shoulder of M-119. A 24 hour rainfall total of 2.80 inches was measured 1 mile NNE of Harbor Springs at 9:30 AM EST with the majority of that falling in a 3 hour period that morning.
