| episode_narrative | Locally heavy rains totalling 2 to 4 inches fell across Gladwin county from the 17th into the 18th. These rains caused flooding on several small rivers in the county. The most extensive flooding occurred on the Tittabawassee River downstream of the Secord and Smallwood dams where homes along the river were flooded. Additional flooding was reported on the Sugar River near the community of Sugar River and on the Cedar River. The flooding on the Cedar River washed out a portion of M-18 west of Oberlin. The flooding continued into the 19th. |
