| episode_narrative | Isolated thunderstorms lingered into the mid evening hours across portions of the greater Phoenix area on August 7th and the stronger storms produced gusty outflow winds in excess of 40 mph. The gusty winds stirred up areas of dense blowing dust which resulted in dust storm conditions that affected southeast portions of the greater Phoenix area. At about 2200MST a trained spotter south of Guadalupe reported visibility down to 100 feet in a dust storm. No other trained spotters reported a dust storms, no impacts were reported due to the dense blowing dust and a Dust Storm Warning was not issued. |
