episode_narrativeA cold front moved through the Oklahoma Panhandle during the late afternoon hours of the 15th. The strong winds behind the front caused blowing dust to lower visibilities into the quarter mile to near zero range. A member of the public reported 150 to 300 feet of visibility on Highway 54 between the towns of Texhoma and Guymon (Texas County). Visibilities improved shortly after 10 PM CST as strong surface winds subsided.
