event_narrativeStrong thunderstorms southeast of the greater Phoenix area generated gusty outflow winds in excess of 40 mph. The winds produced a dust storm, lowering visibility to near zero across portions of the central deserts, in the area from Casa Grande northwards towards Maricopa and Sun Lakes. Several reports were received of zero or near zero visibility along Interstate 10 southeast of Eloy.
