Sporadic gusts up to 64 mph were reported across several counties in Northwest Kansas, with the peak gusts occurring in Sherman and Wallace counties. These strong winds also created a dust storm that impacted the area with patchy to, at times, isolated visibility reductions of one-quarter mile and less in Sherman, Thomas, Wallace, and Greeley counties. |
