| episode_narrative | A low pressure system centered along the Arizona/Mexico international border combined with adequate moisture and instability (MUCAPE around 500 J/kg) led to thunderstorms across parts of southeast Arizona. Thunderstorms in Pinal County generated a gusty outflow boundary that traveled northward toward the Phoenix area. The outflow generated dense blowing dust along parts of I-10 going into the Phoenix metro with visibilities dropping below a quarter mile in a few areas across south Phoenix. No accidents were reported as a result of the dense blowing dust. |
| event_narrative | Dense blowing dust led to 1/4 mile visibility near Loop 202 and 40th Street. |
