episode_narrativeFebruary 21st was a breezy and gusty day across portions of the southern plains. Areas in the central to western combined OK/TX Panhandles saw wind gusts as high as 69 mph. Some of the locations that measured these wind gusts saw multiple gusts that exceeded 58 mph during the heat of the afternoon where temperatures reached into the mid to upper 70s.
