| episode_narrative | A Frost Warning was issued for the Umpqua and Rogue Basins. Most of the reported low temperatures were in the middle 20s to upper 30s, and frost did occur this morning. However, one station reported a low temperature that was below 30 degrees and greater than 10 degrees below normal (Ashland, 27, 12 degrees below normal), which met the Freeze Warning criteria. However, the freeze area was probably isolated.East of the Cascades, Paisley reported a low of 14 degrees (20 degrees below normal) and Silver Lake reported a low of 15 degrees (15 degrees below normal). This readings met the freeze warning criteria for those zones, but the remaining reported lows did not...so the conditions apparently were not widespread. |
