A third man was found dead in his parked car in a gas station in West Philadelphia.The coldest morning was the 19th. For most places this was the coldest day of the winter season. Low temperatures that morning included -7F in East Stroudsburg (Monroe County), -6F in Long Pond (Monroe County), 0F in Sellersville (Bucks County), 1F at the Lehigh Valley International Airport, 2F in Reading, 3F in Valley Forge (Montgomery County) and 8F at the PhiladeIphia International Airport.
