Maximum temperatures only made it to 3 above zero in Milwaukee (Milwaukee county) after overnight lows across Southern Wisconsin of 5 below to 15 below. There was one directly-related hypothermia death in both Kenosha and Lafayette counties. There was an indirectly-related death in Sheboygan county.
