| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | An unusually late season frost was observed in the hillier terrain northwest of a line from Cape Girardeau to Poplar Bluff. A few low temperature readings in the lower 30's were reported, including 31 degrees at Doniphan (Ripley County). An unofficial low of 30 degrees was reported at Greenville (Wayne County). This was the last of four consecutive frosty mornings. Lows each morning from May 1st to the 4th were about the same, mostly in the lower 30's. |
