Across the agricultural areas of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties, the freezing overnight temperatures nearly $350 million in crop damages. In the windier spots of the Los Angeles county mountains, wind gusts between 60 and 65 MPH were reported.
