Surf of 6-10 ft with sets to 12 ft were reported by lifeguards. Minor coastal flooding occurred the morning of the 30th.
Event narrativeevent_narrativeMedia reported beach erosion during high surf causing damage to the boardwalk at Capistrano Beach in Dana Point. A walkway was severely damaged, palm trees were uprooted and old buried cars were exposed due to the beach erosion.
