| episode_narrative | A strong surface ridge over the Ohio Valley and mid-Atlantic and Tropical Storm Noel over the Caribbean produced a strong northeast flow regime over our local area. Strong and persistent onshore flow produced bands of heavy rainfall, high and rough surf as well as caused tidal flooding along our coastal counties. |
