The vessel had left Charleston, OR but was registered in Port Orford, OR. There were 4 people on board. The captain survived by making it to shore. One male body was found on the Coos Bay north jetty along with boat debris. Two people are still missing and assumed deceased. The debris has become a hazard in the Coos Bay bar. |
