episode_narrativeSpring tides associated with the new moon produced pockets of minor tidal flooding along the Delaware River and tidal sections of its tributaries with both high tide cycles on the 9th in New Jersey. The minor tidal flooding was assisted by an onshore flow that developed during the second half of the day as a low pressure system moved east of the state. The high tide in Burlington City (Burlington County) reached 9.91 feet above mean lower low water during the early morning of the 9th and 9.41 feet above mean lower low water during the afternoon of the 9th. Minor tidal flooding begins at 9.0 feet above mean lower low water.
