episode_narrativeThe combination of the runoff from the heavy rain from the remnants of Hurricane Jeanne and the spring tides associated with the full moon caused minor tidal flooding during the high tide cycles on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River and tidal sections of its tributaries on the 30th. The highest tides occurred with the high tide during the early morning on the 30th. That high tide reached 8.57 feet above mean lower low water at Pier 12 in Philadelphia.
