High tide at Pier 12 in Philadelphia was 8.9 feet above mean lower low water at 220 p.m. EST on the 3rd. Minor tidal flooding begins at 8.2 feet above mean lower low water. High tide in Burlington was 9.90 feet above mean lower low water at 300 p.m. EST on the 3rd. Minor tidal flooding begins at 9.00 feet above mean lower low water.
