event_narrativeTwo men and a woman were swimming off an unguarded part of Daytona Beach Shores on November 6 when they got caught in a rip current. As the rip current pulled them into deeper water, several people tried to assist them. Although all were returned to shore, one of them, a 65 year old male tourist from Colorado did not have a heartbeat or pulse.
