Convergence along this hybrid boundary created surface vorticity with was stretched vertically by developing thunderstorm updrafts just east of the Jacksonville Airport, which created 2 observed funnel clouds over northern Duval County. The airmass was very unstable in the low levels below 650 mb with weak shear and steep low level lapse rates. |
