episode_narrativeA strong cold front moved southward across southwest Louisiana on March 20, bringing scattered sleet and snow flurries to portions of central Louisiana from late on March 20 into much of the day on March 21. No accumulation was seen as temperatures remained well above freezing. Strong northerly winds behind the cold front brought unusually low tides to the southwest Louisiana coast for several days, with tides as much as 2 to 3 feet below normal.
