| Event narrativeevent_narrative | Seven swimmers were caught in a rip current at the Webster Avenue beach. Rescuers attempted to rescue all of the affected people. Six were rescued. Of those six, three had to be transported to a hospital to recover. The seventh individual was found partially submerged in the water. CPR was administered on the beach, and he was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. |
